  When I initially left a comment I seem to ave clicked
  on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox
  and from nnow on each tiime a comment is added I receive 4 emails with
  thee same comment. Thee has tto be an easy method you are able
  to remove me from that service? Cheers!
